Nick Musser ("Cooking with class") has created "The Goddess Cream".
He wants to go from Cali to NYC next week for the NYFW to get Monica Sanz-Jessen to bite the cake he has been creating dedicated to her. He used Monica Sanz's favorites ingredients for the perfect recipe for The Goddess: " It's delicious, intense and juicy as she is. She inspired me that. I have 3 different art cakes dedicated to 3 special models for me: Candice, Maryna and Monica. Mint for Maryna, cherrys and scum for Candice and chocolate and straberries for Monica. My cake can make The Goddess get some weight again. It will be an honor for me if I get one of them bite a bit of one of my cake"

Strawberry Delight
Choc dipped strawberries and long chocolate chards, wrap up this cake. White and Dark mud sandwiched together with a wicked chocolate Ganache!
